The knee brace is made from a lightweight 3mm thick neoprene that warms and stabilizes the knee without limiting an athlete's flexibility or range of motion.

This knee brace is a good medium support option to both reduce the risk of long-term knee injury but also to assist in the recovery from an existing injury.
