The complete dumbbell set provides ideal conditions for varied free-weight training. The included weight plates allow you to vary the weight of the dumbbell as required. Spring-loaded clamps make it quick and easy to change plates and secure them during training. Knurled grip surfaces ensure a secure hold.

The set can be completed with weight plates suitable for 50 mm Ø dumbbell sleeves.
