When to use it?

To be consumed as a snack during the waiting period between meals and exercise or during exercise as an energy source, starting from 30 minutes of activity.

Ingredients: apples 39%, strawberries 30%, date syrup, blackcurrants 5%, potassium chloride, calcium citrate, magnesium sulfate, concentrated lemon juice, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, E).

Once opened, the pouch can be consumed within 24 hours if it has been resealed and kept in the fridge.
