Our gels C30 Ice are energy gels that you freeze and consume as a source of icy fuel. Each C30 Ice gel helps cool down body temperature while providing 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy. Each gel contains 200 mg of sodium to aid fluid distribution and has a fresh, light lemon taste. Please note that this product is intended to be consumed only as a frozen energy product. Do not consume this product as a standard energy gel. Freeze, upright and not lying down. Cut the top of the packaging before use. Squeeze from the bottom and consume like a popsicle.
